Additional information about FlexiPay

You can order your card on our app which is available for download on the Google Play and Apple App stores. You can also order your card by logging in to your online account. Go to the 'Card' tab, click 'Order my card' and enter your address details. Once you've confirmed this, your card will arrive within 10 working days. Please note that you must enter a UK postal address.

Once your card is ordered, please allow up to 10 working days for delivery. If 10 working days have passed and your card hasn't arrived, feel free to contact our team on 0800 048 2467 to order your replacement. You can also email us at flexipay@fundingcircle.com.

Your card limit and your FlexiPay limit are the same thing, as your card is just one way of spending your line of credit. You can see your total credit balance in real-time within your account. This balance can be used for card transactions, transfers to suppliers, or bill payments.

Once you log in to the app or online account, your credit limit, amount used, and remaining balance are conveniently displayed for easy tracking.

You can only use your card for in-store and online purchases, so you are unable to withdraw cash or request cashback.

If your used balance at the end of the month is less than £3, the £3 will roll over to the following month's statement.

For example, if your statement balance at the end of the month is £2.99, this amount will roll over and your starting balance will be £2.99.

Once you report a card as lost, stolen, or damaged, you'll be sent a replacement card. Your new card will arrive within 10 working days.

You can cancel your FlexiPay card by navigating to the 'Card' tab in your online account or mobile app and selecting the option to 'Freeze card'.
