Company Cashback cards FAQs

Find out more information about our Company Cashback cards.

General questions

Company cards is our new ‘Beta’ feature that lets the main account holder easily issue multiple business credit cards to trusted team members and set their own custom spend limits.

Company cards are still in the ‘Beta’ stage, which means we’re still fine-tuning things to make them even better. We want customers to benefit from better spend control and market-leading cashback at the same time, while also collecting valuable feedback to make the product right for you.

Whilst we fine-tune the customer experience, the ‘Beta’ version lets you access benefits right away – like issuing multiple Company cards to earn more cashback, and controlling spend limits.

We’re working hard to fine-tune things for the full version, which will include:

  • Card arrival time: Because cards are processed manually, they typically take between 7-10 days to reach you. In rare cases, this may take up to 15 days after we process your order. We recognise the need for speed, and making this timeline faster is a top priority for our team.
  • Card management: You’ll find all Company card features in your web-based portal.
  • Spend limit cycle: Your spend limit is currently set as per calendar month, as this aligns with the majority of small business owners’ needs.

Yes, Company cards still get 2% for the first 6 months (up to £2,000), then 1% uncapped. That means your whole team can earn cashback for your business.

Ordering Company cards

Only the main account holder has the ability to issue new Company cards through their online account. This must be a director of the business.

There’s no cost to issue additional cards. Zero annual or subscription fees apply – and there are no extra costs for additional cards. Our goal is to provide a powerful cashback tool that helps you grow, without unfair monthly charges.

You can order an unlimited number of free cards for your team.

You can order cards for employees, other directors of the business, or business partners.

You’ll need to enter the additional cardholder's full name and email address. After that, you can choose to invite them to fill in any remaining details.

If you don’t provide the additional details once you enter their full name and email address, we’ll use the email address you originally provided.

Once all additional details have been filled in, our team completes a few final checks before issuing the card. During the ‘Beta’ stage, this process will typically take 2-3 business days. This should get even quicker in future.

If you don’t provide the additional details once you enter the additional cardholder’s  full name and email address, we’ll send an email to the email address you originally provided.

Managing Company cards

Go to the ‘Cards’ tab, then ‘Company cards’:

  • View status: See the latest status of every card, from ‘invited’ to ‘active’
  • Quick actions: Use the dropdown on an active card to freeze or unfreeze, cancel, re-order or manage spend limits

You can manage the monthly limit in your online account once the Company card has been ordered. This can range from £0 up to any amount. If you decide not to set a limit, the card will automatically default to £100 for security reasons.

Yes, simply set different limits in your online account.

In the ‘Beta’ phase, your Company card monthly spend limit automatically resets on the 1st day of every calendar month.

Please make sure you don’t overspend as a result. For example, if an additional cardholder spends their full limit late one month and then spends it again as soon as this resets on the 1st day of the next month.

Yes, simply go to your online account, then ‘Cards’, where you can choose to re-order or cancel a specific card.
