Gallagher PREM Finals 2026

The promoter is Funding Circle Ltd (company number 06968588) whose registered address is 71 Queen Victoria Street, London EC4V 4AY (the “Promoter”). The Promoter has engaged the services of CUE Audio, Inc (company number 720-577-5943) whose registered address is CUE Audio, Inc., PO Box 2770, Albany, TX 76430 (the "Agent") to assist with the running of this prize drop (the “Prize Drop”) at the Gallagher PREM Rugby Finals 2026 on 20 June 2026 (the “Prem Final”), the collection and management of data and the selection of the winners. 

Eligibility & Entry

1 - To be eligible to participate in this Prize Drop you must satisfy the following conditions:

1.1 - Be over eighteen (18) years of age;

1.2 - Be a resident of the UK;

1.3 - Correctly enter the Prize Drop by completing each of following the requirements:

1.3.1 - Scan the relevant QR code whilst at the Prem Final to access the Agent’s landing page for the Prize Drop;

1.3.2 - Sign up to the Prize Drop by checking the two boxes on the respective sign-up page and clicking next (thereby accepting the Agent’s privacy notice and terms and conditions)

1.3.3 - Press “start” once activation is turned on and allow camera permissions;

1.3.4 - Press on a parachute before the timer reaches zero to be in with a chance of winning a prize.

1.3.5 - By meeting all the above conditions an entrant will be deemed to be “Qualifying Applicant”.

2 - If a Qualifying Applicant successfully 'catches' a prize by pressing on a parachute, a pop-up will instantly appear on their device screen confirming their win. We will then contact each winner separately within 14 working days of the closing date to arrange delivery of their prize (the “Prize”).

2.1 - A voucher code for Joe & Seph's up to the value of £10 (excluding delivery costs) (limited to a total number of 40).

2.2 - A voucher code for Joe & Seph's up to the value of £20 (excluding delivery costs) (limited to a total number of 30).     

2.3 - A pair of general admission tickets for one club game in the 2026 / 2027 Gallagher PREM Rugby season, excluding the Semi-Finals and Final (limited to a total number of 2 pairs, or 4 tickets in total).

2.4 - A Funding Circle branded size 5 rugby balls (limited to a total number of 4).

3 - The Prize cannot be transferred, refunded, or exchanged. Prizes are subject to availability, and the Promoter reserves the right to substitute the Prize without notice with another of equivalent or greater value.

4 - Qualifying Applicants are deemed to have accepted and agreed to be bound by these Prize Drop Terms upon entry.

5 - The Prize Drop opens on 20th June 2026 at 1pm and closes on 20th June 2026 at 7pm (the “Entry Period”). Entries received before or after the Entry Period will not be eligible for the Prize.

6 - There will be up to 76 winners. Whether a parachute contains a prize or not is randomly generated by the software algorithm.

7 - We will notify the winners by email, using the email address provided in the contact form, within 14 days of the closing date of the Prize Drop. We will make reasonable efforts to contact the winners, but if they do not claim their Prize within 5 days of us first notifying them, we shall have the option to select alternative winners. We will not notify any participants who do not win a prize.

8 - We must either publish or make available information that indicates that a valid award took place. To comply with this obligation we will send the surname and county of the winners to anyone who emails marketing@fundingcircle.com within one month after the Entry Period.

9 - Each winner agrees to take part in reasonable publicity relating to the Prize Drop and we may use each winner's name and his/her comments relating to the Prize Drop and/or the Prize for future promotional, marketing and publicity purposes in any media worldwide without notice and without any fee being paid.

10 - Only one entry per Qualifying Applicant is permitted. Additional entries will not be considered or responded to.

11 - Entries that are incomplete, delayed, not received for whatever reason or not in accordance with these Prize Drop Terms will not be accepted.

12 - We shall not be liable for any failings, disruptions or cancellations caused to the Prize unless these are caused by our negligence.

13 - Any personal data relating to the winners or any other entrants will be used by us solely in accordance with our privacy policy and for the purposes of administering the promotion and awarding the Prize. Winner details for the Joe & Seph's vouchers will be shared with Joe's Gourmet Foods Ltd (trading as Joe & Seph's) for the express purpose of digital voucher distribution and fulfillment. All other physical prizes (including the tickets and Funding Circle branded rugby balls) will be fulfilled and shipped directly by the Promoter.

14 - Notwithstanding any other provision of these Prize Drop Terms, we shall have the sole discretion to determine your eligibility under these Prize Drop Terms, including, without limitation, whether or not you are a Qualifying Applicant. We have the right not to accept a Qualifying Applicant for any reason or without reason as we shall determine in our sole discretion.

15 - Our employees or other producers or suppliers associated with this Prize Drop, their advertising, printing and publicity agencies, and their immediate family members (i.e. any person residing in the household of the aforementioned people) will not be eligible to participate in the Prize Drop.

16 - We reserve the right at our sole discretion to disqualify any individual that tampers or attempts to tamper with the entry process or the operation of the Prize Drop, or who breaches the Prize Drop Terms.

17 - We reserve the right to alter, amend, extend or terminate this Prize Drop, or any aspect of it, at any time and without prior notice. We may make changes to these Prize Drop Terms and will notify you of these changes by email or on the our website (available at https://www.fundingcircle.com/uk/offers/).

18 - Any dispute or situation not covered by these Prize Drop Terms will be resolved by our management in a manner it deems to be the fairest to all concerned, and that decision shall be final and binding on all entrants. No correspondence will be entered into.

19 - If these Prize Drop Terms are translated into a language other than English, then the English version of the Prize Drop Terms shall prevail where there is an inconsistency.

20 - If any term of these Prize Drop Terms is found to be illegal, invalid or unenforceable under any applicable law, such term shall, insofar as it is severable from the remaining terms, be deemed omitted and shall in no way affect the legality, validity or enforceability of the remaining terms.

21 - This Prize Drop and these Prize Drop Terms are governed by the law of England and Wales and the courts of England shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any matter or dispute arising from this Prize Drop or the Prize Drop Terms.

22 - Insofar as is permitted by law, the Promoter, its agents, or distributors will not in any circumstances be responsible or liable to compensate the winner or accept any liability for any loss, damage, personal injury, or death occurring as a result of taking up the prize except where it is caused by negligence of the Promoter, its agents or distributors or that of their employees. Your statutory rights are not affected.

23 - By participating in the Prize Draw, entrants are deemed to have accepted these terms and conditions.

Date Protection

24 - The Promoter and the agents will collect and manage the entrants’ personal data in accordance with all applicable UK data protection law, the Promoter’s privacy policy at https://www.fundingcircle.com/uk/legal/privacy-policy/ and the agent’s privacy policy at https://www.connectwithcue.com/privacy-policy.

25 - Please note that some data may be transferred to and processed in countries outside the United Kingdom, including the United States, where CUE Audio, Inc. is based. Appropriate safeguards will be in place to protect your data in accordance with UK GDPR requirements.     

26 - Entrants acknowledge and agree that for the express purposes of distributing Prize vouchers, coordinating logistics, and resolving any ad-hoc customer service issues related to prize redemption, the Promoter may share necessary winner contact details with its designated third-party fulfillment partners, including Joe's Gourmet Foods Ltd (trading as Joe & Seph's).
