Gallagher PREM Finals 2026

The Activation

1 - The "Post Up" Selfie Activation (the “Activation”) is operated by Funding Circle Ltd (company number 06968588), 71 Queen Victoria Street, London EC4V 4AY (the “Company”). The Company has engaged CUE Audio, Inc. (the "Agent") to provide the technical platform and software algorithm required to facilitate the upload, verification, and processing of images. The Activation will take place during the Gallagher PREM Rugby Finals at the Allianz Stadium (Twickenham) on 20 June 2026 (the “Event”).

Eligibility & Participation

2 - Participation is open to Event attendees aged eighteen (18) years or over who are residents of the United Kingdom.

2.1 - To participate, individuals must scan the designated "Post Up" QR code at the stadium, access the Agent's landing page, input their Name and Phone Number (required by the Agent solely for user verification and security purposes), accept these terms, and capture/upload a selfie via their mobile device camera.

2.2 - There is no entry fee, no purchase necessary, and no prize, draw, or commercial reward associated with participating in this Activation. It is purely an interactive fan-engagement feature.

Image Release & License Grant

3 - By uploading a photograph, video, or image (the “Content”) and checking the mandatory consent box, you grant the Company, Premiere Rugby Limited, and the stadium operators a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide, perpetual license to display, broadcast, and transmit the Content on the giant stadium LED screens, big screens, and digital display boards during the Event.

3. 1 - You acknowledge that due to time constraints, screen space, and the volume of submissions, the software algorithm selects images randomly or programmatically. The Company gives no guarantee that your submitted Content will be selected or displayed on the screens.

Content Standards & User Warranties

4 - By submitting Content, you warrant and agree that:

4.1 - You are the individual captured in the photograph, or you have the explicit consent of any other individual visible in the image to submit it under these terms.

4.2 - The Content is original, does not infringe the intellectual property rights, trademarks, or privacy rights of any third party, and is appropriate for a family sports event.

4.3 - The Content must not contain any offensive, defamatory, explicitly commercial, political, or unlawful material. The Company and its Agent reserve the absolute right to automatically filter out or manually reject any Content deemed inappropriate at their sole discretion.

Liability

5 - Insofar as is permitted by law, the Company, its agents, or distributors will not be responsible or liable for any technical failures, network outages, platform disruptions, or software bugs that prevent the upload or display of Content, unless directly caused by the Company's negligence. Your statutory rights are not affected.

Data Protection & Privacy

6 - Personal data (Name, Phone Number, and Image Content) will be collected, stored, and processed by the Company and its Agent in accordance with applicable UK data protection laws and the Company’s privacy policy available at https://www.fundingcircle.com/uk/legal/privacy-policy/.

6.1 - Mandatory Operational Consent: Checking the mandatory box confirms your explicit consent for the Company to process and store your photograph/image for the sole purpose of displaying it on the stadium LED screens.

6.2 - International Transfers: Participants acknowledge that data will be processed and securely transferred to the Agent (CUE Audio, Inc.) in the United States. Appropriate standard contractual clauses and safeguards are maintained to satisfy UK GDPR requirements.

6.3 - Retention: All submitted images and associated verification data captured for this fan-engagement activation will be securely deleted by the Company and its Agent within 30 days following the conclusion of the Event.

Governing Law

7 - These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and participants submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England.
