Customer Feedback Promotion

1 - This promotion is available to businesses who are invited to take part in user testing, customer interviews or feedback calls (“Feedback Request”) by Funding Circle Ltd (“Funding Circle”) and are offered this promotion. Any invitation to take part in a Feedback Request shall be offered at Funding Circle’s absolute discretion, including any arranged calls or interviews.

2 - The promotion is open from 8/6/2026 until 23.59 on 30/06/2026 (the “Promotion Period”).

3 - If you complete all aspects of any Feedback Request from Funding Circle in full within the Promotion Period  you will be eligible to receive an Amazon.co.uk Gift Card* of the value £25. Funding Circle accepts no responsibility for any Feedback Requests that are not successfully completed due to a technical fault, computer hardware or software failure, satellite, network or server failure of any kind.

4 - The Amazon.co.uk Gift Card will be emailed to the email address provided as part of the Feedback Request. Funding Circle will aim to do so within one month of your participation in the Feedback Request, or in any event, as soon as reasonably practicable, in line with internal processes. Funding Circle accepts no liability for any delay in delivery of the Amazon.co.uk Gift Card.

5 - The Amazon.co.uk Gift Card is not transferable as a cash alternative.

6 - Only the email address used for sign-up to the Feedback Request may redeem the Amazon.co.uk Gift Card. The promotion cannot be transferred to a third party.

7 - Funding Circle reserves the right to refuse an award where there are reasonable grounds to believe there has been a breach of these terms and conditions, any instruction forming part of this promotion, if the Feedback Request is not completed in full or where abuse is suspected. Funding Circle will be the final arbiter in any decisions and its decision is final and binding in all matters.

8 - By participating in this promotion, participants are deemed to have accepted these terms and conditions.

9 - Funding Circle does not accept any liability in respect of any goods acquired with or the Amazon.co.uk Gift Card.

10 - Funding Circle reserves the right to extend any or all elements of this promotion at any time by giving notice by email or on the Funding Circle website.

11 - These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with English law and are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.

12 - The promoter of this promotion is Funding Circle Ltd of 71 Queen Victoria Street, London, England, EC4V 4AY.

13 - Amazon is not a participant in or sponsor of this promotion. 

14 - Personal data supplied during the course of this promotion will be processed in accordance with Funding Circle’s Privacy Policy, available on the Funding Circle website.
