FlexiPay and Cashback Credit Card Invitation Promotion

1 - This promotion is available to businesses who apply for FlexiPay or the Funding Circle Cashback Credit Card from Funding Circle Ltd (“Funding Circle”) and are offered this promotion.

2 - The promotion is open from 01/03/2025 until otherwise stated (the “Promotion Period”).

3 - Applicants who satisfy all of the following criteria will qualify for a £50 Amazon.co.uk Gift Card*:

3.1 - You must have successfully submitted an application for your FlexiPay account or Funding Circle Cashback Credit Card and opened your account;

3.2 - You must request your first transaction from your FlexiPay Account (via payment from the portal or spend on the FlexiPay card) or spend on your Funding Circle Cashback Credit Card by 23.59 on the last day of the month after the month in which you open your account;

3.3 - The transaction payment must be completed successfully. Any successfully completed transaction payments made during the Promotion Period will be honoured;

3.4 - The payee must be wholly independent from your business and must not be linked to repayment of your Funding Circle loan(s); and

3.5 - You must not have any overdue repayments owed to Funding Circle at the end of the Promotion Period and must have an active direct debit set up.

4 - No responsibility can be accepted for applications for FlexiPay or the Funding Circle Cashback Card that are ineligible, lost or delayed. Funding Circle accepts no responsibility for applications not successfully completed due to a technical fault, computer hardware or software failure, satellite, network or server failure of any kind.

5 - Funding Circle may accept or reject any applications for FlexiPay Accounts or the Cashback Credit Card in its sole discretion.

6 - Applicants who meet the eligibility criteria for this promotion will receive an Amazon.co.uk Gift Card worth £50.

7 - The Amazon.co.uk Gift Card will be emailed to your registered email address. Funding Circle will aim to do so within 3 months following the opening of your FlexiPay or Funding Circle Cashback Credit Card account, or in any event, as soon as reasonably practicable, in line with internal processes. Funding Circle accepts no liability for any delay in delivery of the Amazon.co.uk Gift Card

8 - The Amazon.co.uk Gift Card is not transferable as a cash alternative.

9 - The promotion is limited to a maximum of one Amazon.co.uk Gift Card worth £50 per FlexiPay account. Only the email address associated with the FlexiPay or Funding Circle Cashback Credit Card account may redeem the Amazon.co.uk Gift Card. The promotion cannot be transferred to a third party.

10 - Funding Circle reserves the right to refuse an award where there are reasonable grounds to believe there has been a breach of these terms and conditions, the FlexiPay or Funding Circle Cashback Credit Card terms and conditions, any instruction forming part of this promotion or where abuse is suspected. Funding Circle will be the final arbiter in any decisions and its decision is final and binding in all matters.

11 - By participating in this promotion, participants are deemed to have accepted these terms and conditions.

12 - Funding Circle does not accept any liability in respect of any goods acquired with the Amazon.co.uk Gift Card.

13 - Funding Circle reserves the right to unilaterally vary, withdraw or terminate the terms and conditions of this Promotion at any time and you hereby confirm your consent to any such variation

14 - These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with English law and are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
