Tell A Friend Offer

1. This offer is open to all existing Funding Circle members. 
2. Offer applies to all 'Recommend a friend’ referrals made between 27.09.11 and 01.03.12 ("The Referral Period") who lend a minimum of £1,000 between 27.09.11 and 31.03.12 ("the Offer Period").
3. To qualify, a referred friend ("Recommended Member") must use the same email address provided to Funding Circle and the total value of new lent out must be at least £1,000 (“Qualifying Referral”). The amount lent out is defined as the amount shown as 'Lent' in the Funds Summary on the lender's My Summary page in My Account, the amount lent does not include your outstanding bids in auctions.
4. If a Qualifying Referral occurs both the existing Funding Circle member that referred the friend ("Recommending Member") and the Recommended Member will each receive £25 of John Lewis vouchers.
5. You cannot introduce yourself or an existing Funding Circle member. Recommending Members can qualify for multiple rewards from multiple Qualifying Referrals but only two Qualifying Referrals are permitted in the same household.
6. There is no cash or other alternative to this offer.
7. The Recommended Member cannot have previously signed up to Funding Circle before or on 27.09.11.
8. If the same Recommended Member is introduced by more than one Funding Circle member, the reward will be based on the first recommendation received.
9. In each eligible case, the Rewards will be dispatched to both the Recommended Member and the Recommending Member within 30 days of the conditions being met.
10. As part of this offer, you warrant and undertake that you have the consent of your friend(s) to disclose their email address to Funding Circle for this purpose.
11. Friends who were referred and then registered before 27.09.11 are not eligible for this promotion.
12. Funding Circle reserves the right to amend, withdraw or extend any or all elements of this promotion at any time.

 January giveaway offer

1. This offer is open to all Funding Circle members.
2. All lenders who transfer in money  and increase their total amount lent out at Funding Circle by at least £5,000 (“Qualifying Lending”) between 15:00 20.01.12 and 24:00 01.03.12 (the "Offer period") will qualify for a Reward.
3. Qualifying Lending is defined as the amount shown as 'Lent' in the Funds Summary on the lender's My Summary page in My Account. The amount lent only includes bids accepted by businesses and does not include your outstanding bids in auctions. The increase in your total amount lent will be calculated by the difference between your total amount lent as at 00:00 01.03.2012 and 15.00 20.01.2012. If you increase your lending by a qualifying amount and then sell your loan parts before 01.03.2012 you do not qualify for a reward.
4. You can increase your lending by bidding on loan auctions and purchasing loan parts from other lenders.

8. Only one Reward per Funding Circle lender and a maximum of 1 Reward per household.
